Please review these tips when ordering a new display item to ensure you understand the various points of working with FP Portable Exhibits.
- To order an item on this site you must be a registered user. Registration is FREE and open to all. Click here to register with FP Portable Exhibits.
- When ordering a product that has printed graphics please be sure to have your graphic files ready to upload. Follow our graphic requirements and upload instructions clearly. Use the supplied graphic template associated with the product you are ordering. We cannot begin production on your items until we have your graphic files. When received, we will send you emailed eproofs for review and approval. Only when your approval is received will production begin.
- All orders will be produced and shipped according to the listed "turnaround times" associated with each product. Rush production is not available for online orders. Therefore, be sure to plan ahead so you have enough time for production and delivery before your next event.
- It is important that you supply correct contact information when you register and place your order. We may have immediate follow up questions and will attempt to contact you should that be necessary. Watch your email "spam folders" in case any messages are lost.
