We will accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return.

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order that there is an issue. We will require specific information regarding the issue and may request photographic evidence to be emailed for confirmation.

Please do not send your returns to our listed address. Rather, you must first contact us to receive a Return Authorization. If you qualify for a return, and receive a RA, we will then provide you with return instructions for location and method of shipment.

No products qualify for return if you simply choose not to use them or misunderstood the information related to the product such as size, weight, method of use, and so on.
